Shake it up is a book about Ce Ce Jones and her best friend Rocky Blue that come back from a vacation to a dance opportunity in japan and see that there beloved dance studio and there job had burnt down while they were away in japan.Gary the shows host looses his job and mopes in sorrow in till deuce who works at his uncles pizza place gives Gary a job as a host at the restaurant as the host but they find learn that the decisions he made was not a very good one. Ce Ce mom single widowed mom has been really clingy lately and if you think that is weird tinka has been being nice to them because her brother has left to there country to help there sick grandmother . A fire fighter has been investigating the cause of the fire and Ce Ce realizes she left her hair iron plugged in the wall next to a bottle of hair spray. The fire man comes to Ce Ce house and asked her someone question then falls in love with her mom. He soon finds out that A tanning bed lit the dance studio which makes Gary the host guilty for the fire.
