I just finished reading the book When the Butterflies Came. it is about a girl name Tara Doucet. Her grandmother recently passed away. She thinks her grandmother left her something secretive because butterflies starts to follow her around. She finds a note and it was for her from her grandma Claire. Grandma Claire wrote all these letters before her death. When Tara finds out about her grandmothers secret she tells her sister Riley. At the front of the door stood a man. He was the old butler to grandma Claire. In the note Claire told Tara that she trust him because he has been with her for the past years. Tara and Riley has to uncover the rest of the mystery at another island her grandmother told them. They have to travel far where her grandmother lives. When Tara, Riley and the butler arrives they meet a little boy named Eloni. He introduces himself and tells them he worked for Dr.Claire. Then Tara finds out that Eloni knows a lot about Dr.Claire. While they were at the island they saw there cooker Madam Erial See. Tara was watching her because she knew something was fishy. When the letter lead her to a cave with her sister. Butler Reignald finds them and he had a gang. The butler drowned both children for the treasure. Then all of a sudden the cops started to come. They took the man and his gang away. Tara and Riley was relieved that everything was over. Tara opened the treasure chest and it was all about a new butterfly called Nipwipsip. When Tara was on the beach she saw Madam See and Tara ran to her and pulled her hair. It was Grandma Claire! Grandma Claire was spying on Tara and told her she needed to find the mysteries man that tried stealing her science experiment. When everything was over they had a party with Eloni's family.

The Mystery at Wolf River 

This book is about a girl named Kate and two boys one is named James and the other is named Bugs. The book starts off with Kate having to watch her younger brother James she didn't want to but she had to. Once her parents left her best friend Bugs came by. Obviously Kate couldn't go anywhere, but Bugs kept on encouraging her to go to the corn fields which were next to wolf river. After a while she agreed and said she will go, but she had to take James. When they get there James goes away from the two older children and goes by Wolf River. While he is by Wolf River he sees a dog drowning, and a man running away from the river. He tells the older children, but by the time they saved the dog they didn't get to see the man. Once Kate and James were home she confessed to her mom that see went to wolf river with James. This got her angry because they weren't supposed to leave the house at all. A couple days later Kate hears that her neighbor Andy Wallace who just inherited the Roberts mansion has gone missing.Kate and Bugs try and figure out what is going on they found out the following clues Andy Wallace has medical problems and dog they found is a hearing dog. One day James starts acting weird. At first Kate doesn't care, but then she gets into a fight with Bugs and realizes she actually does care. Kate now tries to follow James to the mysterious places without being caught, but that fails and she looks away from James for one minute and loses him. One night James wakes Kate up because there was a huge fire coming from the Roberts mansion. This woke up everyone in the neighborhood including Kate's family. Everyone ran outside, but when Kate's family gets outside James is gone. Kate goes right out to look for him she ends up finding him in the woods with Andy Wallace. What actually happened to Andy was when he was at the inn the levee on Wolf River broke, but someone came up behind him and tried killing him. He ended up escaping and came back here, but James was the one who was helping him because the hearing dog was gone. So when he saw the fire he had to check on Andy to make sure he wasn't hurt. That is the end of this mysterious book.

The Winners Walk Janelle

The Winner's Walk is about a kid named Case who never won anything. Everyone else in his family won things and got in the paper. Case really wanted to win something. He thought he had a good chance at winning the talent show but something happened. He was juggling to a song on the piano and he lost track of one of the balls and it flew onto the piano players head. The show went on but he knew that he wouldn't win. He ended up getting second place. The next thing he tried to win was a horse race. He sat on the horse while he told it to jump and do his commands. A dog went on the course and the horse got scared and Case flew off. He broke his arm and couldn't compete for a while.  On his way back to his house he found a dog. He wanted to keep it but he knew his mom would say no. His mom said he could keep it as long as he tries to find the owner and he keeps it outside. He named the dog Noah. Case made flyers to try and find the owner. He hoped that someone wouldn't call to claim the dog. Case tried something new where he would walk beside Noah and tell him what to do to get through the horse. It's just like the horse racing but he is not on the dog. Case entered a competition and won! He got in the paper and everything! He was so happy. It turned out that the owner of Noah saw it in the newspaper and called. The man described the dog perfectly. Noah was a service dog that was stolen and ran away. The person that needed the dog got a new dog but Case still felt guilty. He wanted someone else to have a dog because hundreds of people who needed a service dog have been waiting for a long time. Case ended up sending Noah away so someone who needed him could have him.

Dork Diaries 5 LF

I just finished a book called Dork Diaries 5. This book was about how Nikki's school newspaper needed new ideas for columns. Her and Mackenzie both volunteered for the advice column. Nikki got the spot and Mackenzie was okay because she got the fashion column. Nikki got to be apart of the newspaper with her friends and Brandon. Her friends decided they would put boxes out, so people could put their problems in there. Nikki tried to answer all their problems. Nikki also got invited to Brandon's birthday party. Mackenzie was not invited and she was very mad. She tried to crash it, but luckily she got embarrassed and left. Nikki and Brandon had fun once Mackenzie left. And after the party Brandon asked Nikki if she wanted to go to Crazy Burger. Of course, she said yes and once news spread to Mackenzie, she was ready to rip Nikki's head off. This book has 321 pages in it.

The Hunger Games

This is the book I read. The Hunger Games is about a girl named Katniss Everdeen who lives in one of the thirteen districts run by the Capitol, with each district representing something. There was a TV event created called the Hunger Games, where two people (one boy and one girl) from each of the twelve districts would fight to the death to remind the districts that they shouldn't try to rebel against the Capitol. Before the games, to pick the male and female contestants, names get put into a glass ball and one is picked . On the day of the Reaping, which is what they call the day the contestants are picked for the Hunger Games, Katniss's sister, Primrose, is picked, and she volunteers to take her sister's place in the hunger Games. The male contestant was Peeta Mellark. During the interviews that happened before the games, Peeta admits that he has a crush on Katniss, and that sets a tone for their stylist, Cinna. He presents them with all black clothing with flames that are fake streaming off the back of the clothes. Katniss and Peeta get the nickname the "Star Crossed Lovers". Over the course of the games, many of the contestants die at the hands the pack of contestants called the "Careers" and in the middle of the games, a rule is added that the male and female contestants from each district can form a  team, so there could be two winners. In the end, Katniss and Peeta manage to take out the last contestant left and they are the only two left. The rule about there being two winners is taken away, and Katniss notices that Peeta is too injured to fight, so she comes up with a plan where they would both swallow berries that would kill them both so there wouldn't be any winners, but just before they swallow the berries, the rule about the two winners is put back into play, and District 12 wins their third Hunger Games. When they get back from  the battlefield, Haymitch (the only other District 12 winner that is still alive) tells Katniss that the Capitol didn't find that whole "stunt" very amusing, and that they think it might spark a rebellion, so now Katniss has to be careful. This book has 374 pages in it.

I just finished reading this entertaining and cool book.  This book was about a stunt kid named Johnny that works for someone named Ricky Corvette.  But Johnny does not like him.  Johnny was inspired to be a stunt kid when his dad was one they used to be stunt competitions but one day his dad was doing a stunt for a movie and he died while doing the stunt.  His mom wants him to stop being a stunt kid.  He also has to follow a lot of strict rules so he can not get hurt out side of the stunt.  But he gets paid about $1,200 for one stunt or something like that.  He has jumped off the  Empire State Building and many more things.  Johnny is not allowed to say that he is working for Ricky because he wants them to think that he does the stunts on his own.  He says that it is hard to keep it quiet that he is a stunt man in school.  He can not hang out after school because he has to film.

I just finished this book called Dork Diaries 3. This book is about how Nikki's school has a band battle. Of course, Mackenzie entered and Nikki made a band up of a few of her friends. They practiced and practiced. Mackenzie didn't like that Nikki was in the competition. The winners of the battle were t receive a performance on 15 Minutes of Fame. Trevor Chase the biggest name in music was the judge. In the end Mackenzie won, only because the competition was for amateurs only. Trevor thought they were so good he gave them an offer for a record deal. Mackenzie was even more irritated than before and now Nikki and Mackenzie were even bigger enemies. Nikki's band was just so happy they couldn't breath.  This book has 310 pages.

I just finished this entertaining and funny book.  This book was about Greg that loves to be inside all day and play video games.  But his mom does not like technology.  So she talked with the City Hall and made a contract that is if a certain amount of people sign a paper and she got them to sign it.  Also Greg needed some money so when everyone was outside he made a lemonade stand but it did not work out so well.  His grandpa stayed at his house because he could not afford to live where he used to.  But his brother Rodrick kept asking his mom for money in front of his grandpa so she told he had to get a job.  His dad always say he always that he never can do anything by himself.  So when his dad told him that he tried to do something on his own and he messed it up really bad.  So he went to camp to get away from his dad so he could not yell at him.

I just finished this book called Dork Diaries 1. It was about this girl named Nikki who got a scholarship at school because her father is the school exterminator. Everyone that goes here has a lot of money, so Nikki felt like she didn't fit in. Her mom bought her a diary to express her feelings. She met her new best friends Chloe and Zoey. There was an art contest at her school and Nikki needed new art supplies. The winner gets 500$. Mackenzie the mean girl entered. A rivalry began that was never to change. One day Nikki's dad dropped her off in the van with a cockroach on it. Mackenzie saw and now had a secret on Nikki no one else knew. Nikki even found a crush, who Mackenzie likes too. This just added to the tension. Not to mention Brandon liked Nikki more. The contest was over and Nikki won. Now you can only imagine how mad Mackenzie was at Nikki. This wasn't just a rivalry, it was two sworn enemies.

This book was about a student named Rufus who called Cauis a dumb bell. Rufus was expelled and the next day Cauis is a dumb bell was written on the temple wall. Rufus was sent to jail even though his friends knew he didn't do it. They found wet clothes under his room and Mucius' lantern was gone. Xantipus robbed the night before and the tablet that Rufus wrote on was gone. The boys went on a search for the burglar. They found out that the temple was desecrated at the fifth hour or beyond and the newspaper already had the article before it even happened. The boys found out that Tellus sent the article in. They also found out that Tellus was Lukos and Lukos was the criminal. Rufus got out of jail and was back woth his friends.

I just finished reading Detective In Togas. This book has 249 pages and was written by Henry Winterfeld. This book was about a group of boys named Caius, Rufus, Antonius, Mucius, Flavius, , Julius, and Publius. All these boys go to a school and they have a teacher named Xantippus. Then one day in there class Rufus wrote Cauis is a dumbbell on a tablet. Then when everybody was a sleep in their town someone wrote Cauis sis a dumbbell on one of the temples. Then they accused Cauis of doing it but it wasn't him. Then there was this guy named Lukos that lived right near the boys school and wasn't that friendly to people. Then one day they wondered into Lukos house and they barley escaped. He almost killed them. Then there was this guy named Tellus who the boys found was very suspicious about  this incident. Then at the end they found out that Tellus was Lukos and that Tellus did it. I give this book a 10 stars out of 10 because it was a real mystery to find out who did it.

This book is a mystery about who painted on the temple wall. Rufus and Caius had a fight earlier that day so everyone thinks it is him. The boy's teacher is found in his wardrobe tied up with the tablet that Rufus wrote that said, "Caius is a dumbbell." Their teacher is hurt and can't teach classes for a couple of weeks. That gives the boys time to find out who really did it. When they went to go see Rufus, he was wet. He was tired so the boys didn't stay long. They came back later and Rufus was being arrested. Rufus' mother was in tears because she knew he didn't do it. The boys find a lot of clues and eventually finds the criminal. The person who really did it dies and Rufus is set free just in time. He was just about to be sent on a boat to the galleys for about a year. The boys returned to classes after everything.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School

This is the book I read. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School, Greg experiences lots of things. To start it all off, Greg's grandfather moves in because the rent at his retirement home, Leisure Towers, was raised, and he couldn't afford to live there anymore. This is a problem for Greg because his father is more stressed out with their grandfather around. Meanwhile, Greg's  mom made a petition to make to days of the weekend "technology free," and on those days, while basically the whole community was cleaning up the park, Greg and his friend Rowley were selling lemonade. That didn't work out, so they went to selling water and decided that they would go to the park to sell it because people would probably going to be thirsty, but Greg's mom stopped them. While Greg and his mom were arguing, people who were doing gardening took the water and used it on the plants, so Greg's mom gave him a rake to do yard work. After that park clean-up, Greg's dad left on a business trip. When Greg was brushing his teeth, he remembered that his dad got mad at him for not putting the cap on the toothpaste, and when he went to do it, the cap fell down the drain. Greg ended up unscrewing a pipe without turning off the water, and when he turned it off, water was all over the floor, and it was leaking through the kitchen floor. The only person who was of legal age to drive was Greg's grandfather who told him that he would drive him to the store to get paint that would take away the water damage. Greg's grandfather didn't pass his last driving test, and it showed because he was driving on the wrong side of the road. Greg decided to go to the camp that he was refusing to go to before so he could escape the anger of his dad. At the camp, people were talking about this farmer who lived on the camp grounds and got kicked out. They called him Silas Scratch. In the end, after Rowley and his dad had to leave the camp, Greg's dad became an emergency chaperone, Greg found a shack when he was going to fetch firewood. The shack had a bathroom with a working shower, and Greg found his dad. He told his story about finding the shack and making up the story of Silas Scratch so nobody would go near the shack. This book has 217 pages.

This book is the squeal to A Series of Unfortunate Events - The Bad Beginning. This book starts off from the end of the last story. The three children are in there parents friends car heading to another relatives house. Once they arrive there they are greeted by a man which they will call Uncle Monty. He is so nice to the kids he gives them there own rooms, buys them new clothes, and spends time with them everyday. The kids get to help with his snake projects, and get to help discover new snakes like one that's name sounds poisonous, but the actual snake is harmless. One day Uncle Monty says that he is going to have a new assistant come and help with a business trip they are going on. A couple days later the assistant arrives, and the children realize he is actually Count Olaf. The children try and tell Uncle Monty, but Count Olaf makes sure they are never in the same room. Once they finally get to tell Uncle Monty about everything he believes them, and rips up Count Olaf's ticket to go on the business trip. Once Count Olaf hears about this he gets very angry and takes snake poison and poisons Uncle Monty. Count Olaf now tries to get the kids in the car so they can go far away. When he starts driving with the kids in the car he gets into a car crash with there parents friend. He makes everyone go back to Uncle Monty's mansion to sort everything out. When they get there their parents friend realizes Uncle Monty is dead. Once the kids prove the the man was Count Olaf there parents friend tries to call the cops, but Count Olaf escaped. Now the kids are off to the next relative hoping to get away from Count Olaf.

Detectives in Togas

This is the book I read. Detectives in Togas takes place is about a boy named Rufus getting arrested for desecrating a temple wall by painting Caius is a dumbbell on it, when he didn't do it. Rufus' friends and fellow classmates at the Xanthos School, Antonius, Mucius, Flavius, Julius, and Publius, had to find the cluse to prove Rufus is free, with the help of their teacher, Xanthos, of course. They find out that the crime had been brought to the paper before it was committed, and the person who had assaulted Xanthos when they were trying to get the wax tablet Rufus had written on had been wearing a gold chain on their cloak. When the boys went to the Censor to see who sent the courier, and the courier was sent by Ex-consul Tellus. When Xanthos heard this, he went into discussion with the boys, and they decided that Antonius should go to see if there was a banquet on the night of the crime, and for Antonius to memorize all the names under that date. When he returned, he had a cloak with the chain that the boys found the day after Xanthos was assaulted. All the evidence was pointed in Tellus' direction, and in the end, they boys found out that Tellus was Lukos, a famous soothsayer who never left his house, and he only framed Rufus so he wouldn't tell everybody his secret because Tellus needed to pay off debts and got the idea of faking the identity of Lukos so he could make money to pay off those debts. In the end, Tellus commits suicide, and Rufus is innocent. This book has 249 pages.

 I just finished reading Dolphin Tale 2 which is also a movie and a true story. It all started when Mandy was at the beach in Florida and she found a bottlenose dolphin and then it looked hurt so the CMA. Then the truck pulled up to the beach and marine mammal specialist Phoebe, Kat, Rebecca,and Sawyer put the dolphin on the stretcher. They brought the dolphin to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to try to help it. Sawyer and his cousin Hazel named the dolphin Hope because her blowhole was largely sumerged and she had a sunburn. Also she had mucus coming out of her eyes. There is also another dolphin there named Winter.  Winter has a special tall that was made just for him and it is like a prosthetic tail. They are uncertain if winter will accept Hope. They get put into the pool together and Hope communicates with winter and then she sees he's tail and is unsure about it. But they kinda like each other and they  both grow and Hope gets strong  not only do they become closer Hazel and Sawyer do too.

The Blood of Olympus - Justin Ayala

This book is the end to their journey to kill Gaea. Leo, Jason, Piper, Annabeth, Percy, Hazel and Frank all have to complete it, which they do. The 7 friends all have to work together like they never have. Leo made a little friend after being sent to an island ( I don't know how to spell it ). He meets a girl named Calypso and she says that every hero sent there ends up leaving her and the last person that went there was Percy. When Leo left he swore on The River Styx that he would come back and get Calypso. He did that because no hero ever goes there for a second time. Jason, Piper and Annabeth try to get information from a dead ghost and while that happens Jason gets stabbed by a Celeste Bronze sword and he gets injured but healed. Percy and Frank don't do much in this book besides have a bloody nose and stir up Gaea and have Leo capture her and have a flying Octavian blow everything up. Page Count:516

This book is about a girl named Janie who doesn't have a lot of money. She goes to a school that isn't nice. Windows are broken and water drips from the ceiling. When her mom came to the school for something, she was disappointed and upset. She couldn't believe the conditions her daughters school was in. She decided that she would trade her sweaters to a store for profit. She wanted to make enough money so that the family could move and Janie could go to a better school. Janie and her family ended up moving and Janie went to an expensive school. Everyone but her had nice, new clothes. It was winter and Janie had a coat that didn't fit her. She made a friend named Kimberly and she offered to give Janie a coat. Janie said, "No thank you. I am getting a new coat on Saturday." When Janie and her mom when shopping, they went to the store Janie's mom sold the sweaters. She had to pick up her check. Her mom didn't get a check because there was someone else that made sweaters for less money. They got a trash bag full of all of the sweaters. They never ended up buying anything because they didn't have much money. Janie insisted that she would wear the sweaters her mom made. They had different names on them. She told the kids at her school that they were her middle names. She also said that she had 500 different middle names. She ended up taking the coat from Kimberly. Kimberly bought a new coat just for Janie because she wanted her to be her friend.

This book is about a boy named Fergal Bamfield he doesn't have any friends. One day he was going grocery shopping with his mom and he found the desire to have a collection. For his collection he chose cans, but they had to be cans from the bargain basket with no labels. Every weekend he went grocery shopping with his mom, and he brought more cans for his collection. He loved the mystery of collecting them, but he wouldn't open them because he wanted to keep the mysteriousness. He wished there was someone else who he could share this feeling and interest with. One day he actually opened a can and found something horrific in it was a finger. He opened another can and found a earring he wondered were they came from and why they were in cans. One weekend he was at the market with his mom and he found a can he really wanted, but just as he started to grab it another person grabbed it as well. That person was also a can collector, she is the same age as Fergal, and she also has no friends her name is Charlotte. They both became friends, and agree to open that can together. When Fergal gets to her house he tells her he found a human finger, and she says she found a human earlobe in a can. When they open the can the find a note saying help. They want to try and find were it came from and help that person in need. In order to find were it came from they need to look at every bar code on every single can until they found the matching code. When they start there search Charlotte says she can't search anymore because she was going on vacation for a couple weeks. Now Fergal was on his own. One day he was in the pet isle looking at bar codes at the bottom of cans, and he found it the exact same code. When he got home he told his parents he was going to the library, but he actually got on to a bus to the location of the factory that made the pet food. When he got there he climbed over a fence to get in, but as he got down someone caught him and he was taken prisoner inside the warehouse with many other kids. All the kids in there have to unwillingly work and package and make every single can of pet food in there. One day Fergal was able to send a note in a can to Charlotte who was now back from vacation. Charlotte tried telling everyone she knew were Fregal was, but nobody believed her. So she went to rescue him by herself. When she got there she was able to actually get inside without being caught. She was able to find him, but when she did the man who trapped them all there came in. The two kids got outside before getting hurt. While they were outside they found a payphone and called the cops and there parents. When the cops arrived the man who trapped them there was gone.

Middle School The Worst Years Of My Life : Joshua DelFarno

Middle School The Worst Years Of My Life is a really good book. It is about Rafe Khatchadorian, a seventh grader in Hills Village Middle School ( HVMS ) and made school a game. His best friend Leo challenges him to pull the fire alarm on the first day of school for a joke. Then they start operation R.A.F.E ( R.ules A.ren't F.or E.veryone )  which is when they have to break every rule ( 112 rules ) without hurting anyone else. Then we meat Bear ( Carl ( Rafe's Mom's fiancee) ) in his usual spot on the couch. Rafe breaks most of the rules before his mom ( Jules ) finds out. Miller the Killer ( the bully ) takes his R.A.F.E. notebook. He sells Rafe pages and keeps raising the price. At the end of the book, Bear pushes Jules and goes to court for breaking her arm. Rafe gets expelled and then goes to art school. And we as the reader find out that Leo is actually Rafe's dead brother. Then Rafe comes up with another fun idea, and that idea, was that book.

Now the three children Violet, Sunny, and Klaus go to a close friend of there parents who is helping them find a new home. They found out they have a relative that lives close, but the three children have never heard of him. That relative they now have to live with, and his name is Count Olaf. When they get to there relatives house he seems nice, but he isn't. When they are left alone with their new guardian he show them there room which they share, but the only problem with the room is there is only one bed and three kids. Plus there is no dresser to keep what is left of there clothes. Every morning when they wake up and there is a bowl of oatmeal and a outrages things to do list. One day on the list was make dinner for my acting group, and these children didn't know how to cook, so they went to there neighbors to see if they have a cookbook. Luckily she did have one they could borrow. Once they got all the ingredients they started cooking. When Count Olaf and his theater group got there Count Olaf was mad about what they made. The next day while Count Olaf was gone they went into town to find there parents friend. Once they found him they told he all the horrible things he did to them, but he didn't believe them. A couple days after that Count Olaf says they will be in a play. That play is about a marriage, and Violet plays the bride and Count Olaf plays the groom. Count Olaf trapped Sunny up in a tower. He said he wouldn't let her go until Violet played in the play. While they are getting ready Klaus finds out the play is real, and Violet will actually be marrying Count Olaf. The only reason Count Olaf wants to marry her is so he can have her fortune. When she actually needs to say I do and sign a paper she signs with the hand she doesn't write with so it doesn't count as them actually getting married. When Count Olaf gets exposed he runs away before anyone can catch him. Then all the Baudelaire children get into there parents friends car and start to drive to there next relative.

Leo has been collecting porky pine neckties all his life and when he moves to the new high school he gets one from a mystery person. He goes to high school a few days later and everything is normal in the beginning hot seat and Kevin his best friend being the host . But things soon change when he is at lunch because a very unusual girl has come to there school. Her name is star girl every one thinks that she has such an unusual name. she carries her rat cinnamon on her shoulder and carries a ukulele wherever she goes. She knows everyone's name and everyone's birthday and every time it's someone's birthday she goes to there table and plays a song on her ukulele. She is always very kind and knows everything about everyone and cares about everyone which every thinks its very unusual.  She becomes very popular and a cheerleader and everyone knows who she is . One day the mean girl told star girl not to sing to her on her birthday which was the very next day so star girl gets up as everybody watches as she slowly walks to Leo and starts singing everyone wondered why she chose him and she simply says because he is cute. that day Leo is so entreged that she is so different that he follows for miles back to her house but cuts the trip short at the dessert.They fall in love but then one day they go to a basket ball game and cheers for the other team so the school shuns her . and starts to shun Leo so he makes her change but she couldn't nit be herself for that long they break up and never see each other again.

Kickoff is about Tyra Fraser. She lived in Florida with her mom,dad,and  her younger sister Shirelle. Until the whole family had to move because her dad is in the army and they have to move to England.    Tyra does not like that she had to move there,she had to leave her best friend,and she use to play with the Tampa Bay Butterflies. Which is her soccer team that she play on with with her best friend. Now that she lives there her and her best friend Lacey send letter to each other. Tyra also has to attend school in England, which she is not very excited about. On the first day of school Shirelle threw a tempter tantrum because she did not want to go to school. It is also hard for the family because Shirelle ADHD. So Tyra dad has to take her because her mom has to deal with her little sister. Tyra found out that at her school there was a soccer team but last year they didn't even win one game. There is a girl named Alicia who is mean to Tyra. She found out that Alicia was the captain of last years soccer team. The good thing is that there is a new coach that actually cares about the girls team. They have to try out to be on the team. Tyra gets in and is so happy because she even got the position she wanted. Alicia wasn't very happy that Tyra is on the team. Her sister is getting worse,she doesn't want to go to school,she doesn't listen to her parents. Fernbridge girls is the name of the team and something great happened. They won the cup which means that they are top of there league! Also her  mom and dad found help for Shirelle and the family us staying for two more years. Now Tyra is happy.

Girls acting catty is a book about a girl named Annabelle. She is new at her school and already has the perfect group of friends. Her and her friends went trick or treating together. They encountered a group of boys. The main leader was Annabelle's friend Rachel's brother. The boys had rotten eggs and were going to throw them at the girls. The five girls scattered in different directions. Three went in Annabelle's backyard and Annabelle and Claire were together out in the street. Annabelle told the boys that someone had king size candy bars. Every boy except Rachel's brother Jackson went. The girls smashed an egg over his head while he was turned around and ran. That wasn't the worst part of their night.The five girls bumped into the most popular group of girls in their school. The leader, Taylor, made fun of their costumes and was mean with all of the other girls to the five. Taylor and her friends were dressed as rock stars. Annabelle and her friends we dressed as exotic fish. Since Annabelle was new she really didn't know Taylor or her friends. Rachel, Claire, Yumi, and Emma always talked bad about them.When they went back to school Taylor said something about Annabelle's legs and how she didn't shave them yet. Annabelle told Rachel and she got really mad! Annabelle was telling Rachel she didn't say it to be mean and she was just wondering but Rachel was still mad. On Thanksgiving, Annabelle had to go to her mom's fiance's friend's house. It was Taylor's house. Taylor had another friend there and they were talking in Taylor's room. They thought she was cool because she saw a play three times when they have only seen it once. Annabelle sat at the cool kids table and she was told a secret. She couldn't tell anyone though. Her friends were questioning her and why she was sitting there. Emma's boyfriend broke up with her and she was crying in the bathroom with her four best friends. Taylor and her friends walked into the bathroom. Annabelle's friends were mad at her for talking about them behind her back. Annabelle told her friends Taylor's secret and now Taylor and her friends were mad at her. At her mom's wedding, Rachel and Taylor were there. After the ceremony Annabelle talked to Taylor. She was saying mean things about Annabelle's friends and Annabelle stuck up for them. Taylor wasn't mad she told the secret because now she didn't have to do her part of the deal. She would've had to take Nikki to an expensive restaurant. She said she wanted to take Annabelle instead! Annabelle went to talk to Rachel because Taylor went to see Annabelle's step-brother. Rachel wasn't mad because she didn't let Taylor talk about her like that. Annabelle was friends with her first friends and Taylor and her friends.

Big Nate Flips Out-Austin KIlduff

I just finished reading Bid Nate Flips Out. This book has 219 pages and was written by Lincoln Peirce. This book was about a boy named Nate and he always get in trouble and never brings in his homework. He also always gets detention. But after a long year of everybody Nate decided to start acting nice and to be neat. But there is this girl named Gina and she is always shoving it in Nate face that she got a better score and always saying that she is better that him. Then since Nate started being neat and good he started to do better in school. He wore nice clothes and cleaned his locker out so it was nice and neat. Then as he started to get tests back he was doing better than Gina. All of his teachers started to think well of him,even Mrs. Godfrey who was his homeroom teacher who used to not like him at all. Gina was geting so mad because she was always the teachers pet. But then Randy the bully of the school started to kick Francis Nate best friend and call him names and then Nate ran after Randy and started punching him and hitting him but a teacher stopped him and he got in trouble. I give this book a 10 out of 10 stars because this book was really funny.

The House of Hades - Justin Ayala

The House of Hades is about Leo,Piper,Jason,Coach Hedge and Nico trying to get Annabeth and Percy out of Tarturus and find The Doors of Death on the mortal side. In the last book The Mark of Athena, Percy and Annabeth fall into Tarturus and when they get there everything goes south( as usual) and they would have to face their worst nightmares. Nico has a little trouble getting over a secret when the love god Cupid, said it out loud. While they are looking for The Doors of Death Annabeth and Percy are trying to survive in Tarturus. Percy finds an old friend named Bob. Bob's memory was washed away and when his other Titan brothers reveal his past he starts to hate Percy but he still is his friend. Annabeth on the other hand is afraid the Bob might turn on them and would kill them. When they get out of Tarturus, the others are trying to kill a titan opposed by Hades/Pluto. When they all are back to normal they continue their journey to kill Gaea. Page count: 597
