I just finished reading Fudge-a-Mania by Judy Blume. This book has 146 pages. This book was about this family and they had a son named Peter and another son named Fudge and a baby named Totsie. They decided that they were going to stay in a lake house in main for three weeks. But the thing is that Peter found out that the house is right next to Sheila Tubman and Peter does not like her. Since Peter doesn't like her that much his parents let him bring a fried and he brought his friend Jimmy. So when they got there she was swinging on a tire swing in front of the house. But when they all went inside they all started talking and then Peter found out that the two houses are connected. He said how am I supposed to tell Jimmy this I promised him there would be woods between the house and all there is is a door between them. Then they unpacked and started to get ready for bed. But then when they were all talking there was an awful smell and it was there dog turtle he got sprayed by a skunk. Then when Pete got up he went downstairs. Then when he went downstairs he saw his grandma near the fireplace and his brother Fudge was counting cheerios. Then Sheila came down and noticed Fudges bird was gone. So Pete and Fudge ran outside and started calling for him but he did not come. Then they found him and brought him back. But the summer ended being not bad as Pete thought it was going to be and him and Sheila ended up becoming friends. But then at the end Fudge had a wedding but of course it wasn't a real one. I give this book 8 out of 10 stars because it was funny and enjoyable to read.
