This book is about a kid named Greg that thinks he can spend all his summer inside playing video games with air conditioning. But his mom wants him to go outside with his friends. So his friends family goes on a trip to really nice place but they bought slot of things and they said their dad would pay for it but he did not. So they would have make money to pay for all of it. But when they try to get money they get mad at each other. Also his mom said that him and his dad need father and son time. So they go somewhere and Greg thinks that they are going to give him away so when his dad takes him to the destination he calls the cops with his ladybug phone. So the cops show up and almost get his dad arrested but they let him go as long as he gave him something. They gave him front row baseball tickets.
